Simple Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus

Instructions
- Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in warm water for 5 minutes, then drain.
- Drain the chickpeas, reserving the liquid.
- Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, starting with the lesser amounts where ranges are provided.
- Blend until creamy and smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Add more chickpea brine as needed for creaminess and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with optional ingredients.
- Serve with pita, veggies, crackers, or as desired.
