Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp roasted tomatoes or sundried tomatoes
  • ½ tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil and/or sesame oil
  • 1-2 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor or blender.
  2. Process until smooth, adding water one tablespoon at a time until creamy.
  3. Store the hummus in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
