Toasted Sesame Hummus

Instructions
- Combine tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and ½ teaspoon sesame oil in a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Add half of the chickpeas and process for 1 minute, then add the remaining chickpeas and blend until thick and smooth.
- While blending, drizzle in 2 to 4 tablespoons of water to achieve desired consistency, and adjust seasoning with salt and sesame oil if needed.
- Toast sesame seeds in a skillet over medium heat until golden, about 2 to 4 minutes.
- Transfer hummus to a serving bowl, drizzle with sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and flaky sea salt, and serve with accompaniments.
