Easy Fresh Salmon Patties

The patties

fresh salmon, skin removed

seafood seasoning

smoked paprika

breadcrumbs

Creamy Garlic Sauce (Optional)

cup
mayo

cloves
garlic

tablespoon
fresh lemon juice

tablespoons
heavy cream
Instructions
- Chop the salmon into large chunks.
- Finely chop half of the salmon until minced.
- Combine the large salmon chunks with the minced salmon in a mixing bowl.
- Add spices and breadcrumbs, and mix with clean hands.
- Form the mixture into 4 patties.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until done.
- For the creamy garlic sauce, combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl and stir.
