Simple Salmon Patties

panko breadcrumbs

red bell pepper, finely diced

mayonnaise

tabasco sauce

olive oil, divided
Instructions
- Remove the skin from the salmon and flake it into a large bowl.
- Add breadcrumbs, bell pepper, onion, parsley, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, paprika, egg, mayo, tabasco, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the bowl.
- Mix all ingredients until they stick together to form a ball.
- Use a 1/3 cup scoop to form 10-12 balls from the mixture, then flatten them into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium/high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned, adding more olive oil as needed.
- Serve and enjoy as desired.
