Instructions
- Rinse the pumpkin seeds in a strainer and shake off excess water, then spread them on a baking sheet.
- Dry the seeds in a 300°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and toss with olive oil or butter, and salt and/or spices.
- Return to the oven at 300°F for 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
