Main Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 cups Pumpkin Seeds (rinsed and strained)
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp Melted Butter (or olive oil)
  • ½ tsp Salt (or to taste)

Optional Spices

  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • pinch Sea Salt
  • pinch Smoked Paprika
  • pinch Garlic Powder
  • pinch Chipotle Chili Powder
  • pinch Curry Powder
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • pinch Cinnamon
  • pinch Nutmeg
  • pinch Ginger Powder
  • ½ - 1 tsp Ranch Dressing Powder

Instructions

  1. Rinse the pumpkin seeds in a strainer and shake off excess water, then spread them on a baking sheet.
  2. Dry the seeds in a 300°F oven for 15-20 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and toss with olive oil or butter, and salt and/or spices.
  4. Return to the oven at 300°F for 15-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.
