Instructions
- Carve the pumpkin and clean the seeds by rinsing them to remove pulp.
- Dry the seeds on parchment paper or a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
- Mix the seeds with butter or oil, salt, and any desired seasonings.
- Spread the seeds evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring every 5-6 minutes.
- Allow the seeds to cool completely before serving.
