Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the pumpkin seeds and olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and mix well.
- Spread the seeds evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake the seeds for about 15 minutes, flipping them every five minutes until toasted.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.
