Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Remove the seeds from the pumpkin and clean them thoroughly.
- Simmer the seeds in boiling water for 10 minutes.
- Drain the seeds and pat them dry.
- Mix salt, onion powder, chili powder, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Coat the pumpkin seeds with olive oil in a separate bowl.
- Add the seasoning mixture to the seeds and stir to coat.
- Spread the seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes until crispy but not brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before storing in an airtight container.
