The dressing

  • 3 each limes (juiced)
  • ½-¾ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Combine watermelon and jicama in a medium bowl.
  2. Gently fold in cilantro.
  3. Mix lime juice, chili powder, and salt in a small bowl until well combined.
  4. Add the dressing to the medium bowl and stir to coat.
  5. Serve immediately.
