Instructions
- 1. Wash and chop the watermelon and Persian cucumbers, then add them to a large bowl.
- 2. Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl and set aside.
- 3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until fully combined.
- 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is fully coated.
- 5. Serve and enjoy! Store leftovers in the fridge for up to three days.
