Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Add a teaspoon of melted butter to each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin and heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Once hot, fill the cups halfway with the batter and return to the oven.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the puddings are golden brown and crisp.
- Serve immediately.
