Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¾ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (207°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, flour, and salt until just combined.
  3. Allow the batter to rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.
  4. Add a teaspoon of melted butter to each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin and heat in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes.
  5. Once hot, fill the cups halfway with the batter and return to the oven.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the puddings are golden brown and crisp.
  7. Serve immediately.
