Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease two 9x5 inch loaf pans.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix together the dry ingredients.
- 3. In a large bowl, mix the remaining wet ingredients.
- 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- 5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pans and bake for about 50 minutes.
- 6. Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick; remove from oven when a few crumbs stick to it.
- 7. Cool the bread on a wire rack.
