Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the flours, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, cane sugar, applesauce, melted coconut oil, and vanilla until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined, being careful not to over-mix.
- Pour the batter into a prepared 9×5-inch loaf pan and bake for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- For the glaze, heat the cream cheese in the microwave for about 30 seconds, then mix in the maple syrup, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
- Drizzle the glaze over the cooled pumpkin bread, slice, and enjoy.
