Peppermint White Hot Chocolate

peppermint extract (or more/less to taste)

Instructions
- Combine the milk and chopped white chocolate in a medium saucepan.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture simmers and the chocolate melts.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and peppermint extracts.
- Serve warm with optional toppings if desired.
