Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
- In a bowl, combine panko, parmesan cheese, salt, and olive oil.
- In another bowl, place the flour, and in a third bowl, add the beaten eggs.
- Dip chicken pieces in flour, then egg, and coat with the panko mixture, pressing firmly.
- Grease the air fryer basket and arrange the nuggets in a single layer.
- Spray the tops of the nuggets and air fry for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
