Instructions
- Slice the chicken breasts into nugget shapes.
- Prepare three bowls: whisk eggs in the first, mix panko, parmesan, and golden breadcrumbs in the second, and combine flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in the third.
- Coat each chicken piece in the flour mixture, then in the egg mixture, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken nuggets in the air fryer tray and spray with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 5 minutes, then cook the nuggets for 13-14 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Ensure the chicken nuggets reach an internal temperature of 165°F before serving.
