Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare baking sheets with parchment paper.

- In a stand mixer, beat the butter and peanut butter until fluffy, then add the sugars and mix until smooth.
- Incorporate the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture until just combined, then stir in the chopped Snickers and chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets and gently flatten each ball.
- Bake for 10-11 minutes until edges are slightly brown, then cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
