Lobster Cobb Salad

The salad

The vinaigrette

Instructions
- Whisk together the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a small bowl and set aside.
- Cut the lobster into large chunks.
- In each bowl, place 1 cup of greens and top with lobster, avocado, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, and corn.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over each salad and enjoy.
