Lobster Salad

Ingredients

The salad

  • 12 oz Cooked lobster meat (chopped into small pieces)
  • ½ cup Celery (diced finely)
  • cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ¾ tsp Sea salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp Fresh chives (finely chopped)

For serving

  • Bibb lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, salt, pepper, and cayenne until smooth.
  2. Add lobster, celery, and chives. Gently toss or fold in the mayo mixture until well coated.
  3. Serve right away, or refrigerate for 1 hour to let the flavors develop.
