Lobster Roll

The lobster mixture

The buns

split top hot dog buns

butter, softened
Instructions
- Combine lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix gently.
- Spread butter on the outside of each bun and toast them in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Place a lettuce leaf in each bun and fill with the lobster mixture.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional chives if desired.
