Lobster Roll

The filling

The buns

butter, softened
For serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, green onion, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Fold in the lobster and celery, then cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Spread butter on the outside of the buns.
- Toast the buns in a skillet over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
- Fill each toasted bun with about ½ cup of the lobster filling.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
