Instructions
- Thaw the lobster overnight in the refrigerator and squeeze out excess water.
- Place the lobster meat in a large bowl.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and Old Bay seasoning.
- Add chopped celery and Italian parsley to the lobster meat and mix.
- Combine the dressing with the lobster mixture and mix well.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours to chill and allow flavors to meld.
- Serve the lobster salad on the split hot dog buns with lemon wedges and your choice of side.
