The herb butter sauce

minced fresh Italian parsley

minced chives

minced fresh tarragon

The buns
-

brioche hot dog buns

tablespoon
unsalted butter, at room temperature

tablespoons
mayonnaise
Instructions
- Boil water in a large pot and add salt generously.
- Cook the lobster tail for 7-8 minutes until bright red, adding shrimp in the last 2 minutes until opaque.
- Remove seafood from water and let cool before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
- Melt butter in a skillet, then remove from heat and stir in herbs, lemon juice, celery salt, and season with salt and pepper.
- Combine the seafood with the herb butter mixture in a bowl.
- Butter the outside of the buns and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
- Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the buns and fill with the seafood mixture, adding black pepper to taste.
