Lobster Asparagus Chopped Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Boil water in a medium pot and cook the asparagus for 2 to 3 minutes until tender yet firm.
- Drain the asparagus and run it under cold water to stop further cooking.
- In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the asparagus, lobster, cherry tomatoes, red onion, basil, and dressing.
- Divide the salad into two bowls and serve immediately.
