Instructions
- Prep all the ingredients and steam the lobster if it's raw.
- Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package directions, preferably 1 to 2 minutes longer than al dente.
- Drain the pasta and run it under cold water.
- Remove the cooked lobster from the shell and chop it into large chunks.
- Toss the lobster with the remaining ingredients and serve chilled.
