Ingredients

The salad

  • 16 oz cooked lobster meat
  • ½ cup chopped celery and leaves
  • cup light mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup 0% Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup fresh chives
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt

The pasta

  • 8 oz DeLallo Cavatappi pasta

Instructions

  1. Prep all the ingredients and steam the lobster if it's raw.
  2. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook the pasta according to the package directions, preferably 1 to 2 minutes longer than al dente.
  3. Drain the pasta and run it under cold water.
  4. Remove the cooked lobster from the shell and chop it into large chunks.
  5. Toss the lobster with the remaining ingredients and serve chilled.
