Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Beat the eggs and whisk in the milk until smooth.
- Add flour, sugar, and salt to the egg mixture and whisk until there are no lumps.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and set the mixture aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet in the oven, swirling to coat the pan.
- Pour the batter into the buttered skillet and bake for about 15 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream, or powdered sugar.
