Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and place 6 tablespoons of butter in a 9x13 pan to melt.
- In a blender or bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once the butter is melted, tilt the pan to coat the bottom and sides with butter.
- Pour the batter into the pan and return it to the oven.
- Bake for 15-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and pour the remaining melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Cut into pieces and add desired toppings.
