Ingredients

The pancake

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 ⅓ cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 8 tablespoons butter

Toppings

  • to taste powdered sugar
  • to taste additional toppings (berries, syrup, whipped cream, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and place 6 tablespoons of butter in a 9x13 pan to melt.
  2. In a blender or bowl, mix together the eggs, milk, flour, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Once the butter is melted, tilt the pan to coat the bottom and sides with butter.
  4. Pour the batter into the pan and return it to the oven.
  5. Bake for 15-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and pour the remaining melted butter over the top, then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  7. Cut into pieces and add desired toppings.
