Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (232°C).
- Blend the flour, eggs, milk, and salt until smooth.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of melted butter in a cast-iron skillet over high heat until foamy.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and immediately place it in the oven.
- Bake until the pancake is golden brown and puffed up, about 18 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, place strawberries in the center, dust with powdered sugar, and serve with syrup.
