Strawberry Pancakes

Instructions
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Make a well in the center and add the wet ingredients; mix until smooth.
- Gently fold in the strawberries.
- Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and grease if desired.
- Pour approximately ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto the griddle.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and brown the other side.
- Repeat with remaining batter to make about 8 pancakes.
- Serve hot with butter and maple syrup or whipped cream.
