The coating

The spice mix

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a large bowl, combine all the nuts and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, melted ghee, and honey until well combined.
- Pour the mixture over the nuts and toss to coat them evenly.
- In another bowl, combine all the spices and mix well.
- Sprinkle the spice mix over the coated nuts and stir until evenly coated.
- Transfer the nuts to a large baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
- Once golden and fragrant, let the nuts cool completely on the baking sheet.
- Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
