The dressing

apple cider vinegar

honey or maple syrup

garlic

Dijon mustard

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the spinach, apple, and onion.
- Add some of the dressing and toss to combine.
- Gently toss in the pecans, goat cheese, and cranberries.
- Add more dressing as desired and season to taste before serving.
