Instructions
- Blend all vinaigrette ingredients until smooth or shake in a jar; refrigerate until needed.
- In a skillet, combine water, sugar, salt, and cayenne; bring to a simmer and dissolve sugar.
- Add nuts to the skillet, stirring to coat; cook for 1-2 minutes, then spread on parchment to cool.
- Toss salad ingredients together with cooled nuts; serve with dressing or on the side.
