30-Minute Peanut Noodles with Broccoli

The peanut sauce

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat, then add broccoli and carrots, cooking for 8-10 minutes until softened.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the peanut sauce ingredients until smooth.
- Remove the skillet from heat, add the cooked noodles and peanut sauce, and toss everything together.
- Top with cilantro, green onions, and peanuts before serving immediately.
