Instructions
- Combine the water or milk, date, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, and raspberries in a blender.
- Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted peanut butter.
- Blend until very smooth, scraping the sides of the blender as needed.
- Add more liquid if necessary to help blend, but use as little as possible to avoid diluting the flavor.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
