Ingredients

  • 1 cup water or almond milk
  • 1 soft Medjool date, pitted
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries (about 8 whole strawberries)
  • ΒΌ cup frozen raspberries
  • a pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine the water or milk, date, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, and raspberries in a blender.
  2. Add a pinch of salt if using unsalted peanut butter.
  3. Blend until very smooth, scraping the sides of the blender as needed.
  4. Add more liquid if necessary to help blend, but use as little as possible to avoid diluting the flavor.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
