Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 12-cup mini muffin pan.
- Mix all ingredients except for 2 tablespoons of cheese in a bowl.
- Divide the mixture into the muffin cups, packing them tightly.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, then add the remaining cheese on top.
- Broil for 30 seconds to 1 minute until the cheese is melted and crispy.
- Let cool for 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
