The seasoning

Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add a few corn kernels; when they pop, add the rest of the kernels and remove from heat for 30 seconds.
- Return the pot to heat with the lid partially off to vent steam.
- Shake the pot continuously as the popcorn pops to prevent burning.
- Once popping slows, transfer the popcorn to a large bowl.
- Drizzle with melted butter, sprinkle with salt, and toss with nutritional yeast if desired.
