Instructions
- Heat the avocado oil in an 8-quart saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Add two or three popcorn kernels to the oil and cover the pot.
- Once the test kernels pop, add the remaining kernels to the pot.
- Cover the pot, remove it from heat, and wait for 30 seconds.
- Return the pot to the burner and shake it gently as the popcorn pops.
- When the popping slows to several seconds between pops, remove the pot from heat.
- Pour the popcorn into a serving bowl and season with sea salt or other favorite seasonings.
