Instructions
- Heat oil in a medium to large pot over medium/high heat.
- Add two unpopped popcorn kernels to the pot and cover it, shaking occasionally.
- Once the two kernels pop, add the rest of the popcorn kernels and a pinch of salt, then cover and shake to coat.
- Shake the pot every 20 seconds to prevent burning as the popcorn pops.
- When popping slows to every 2-3 seconds, remove from heat and enjoy.
