Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a medium pot, reserving 1 tablespoon of peanut butter for drizzling later.
- Heat the mixture over medium/high until it boils, then reduce to medium and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring often until thickened.
- Serve the oatmeal in bowls and drizzle the reserved peanut butter on top.
- Optionally, add chocolate chips and a sprinkle of sea salt before enjoying.
