Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Set aside half of the zucchini and chocolate chips for later.
- Blend the remaining ingredients until a smooth batter forms.
- Stir in the reserved chocolate chips and zucchini.
- Pour the batter into a square baking dish and bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool completely for clean cuts, or enjoy warm.
