Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper, lightly sprayed with oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, garlic, egg, oregano, dill, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until combined.
- Use a scoop to portion the mixture and roll each portion into a meatball, placing them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake the meatballs for 10 minutes, check for doneness, and continue baking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Let the meatballs rest for about 5 minutes before serving with your choice of sides.
