Instructions
- Combine ground beef, chopped onion, fresh herbs, garlic, egg, almond flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Use a cookie scoop or tablespoon to portion out the mixture into meatballs, rolling them between your palms.
- Heat neutral oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add meatballs, cooking until browned on all sides.
- Transfer browned meatballs to a plate and repeat until all are cooked.
- Return all meatballs to the skillet, add marinara sauce, and simmer until heated through.
