Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or pork
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground meat, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through.
  7. Let the meatballs cool before storing them in the fridge or freezer.
