Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well combined.
- Prepare a vertical spit or use an onion half as a base with skewers.
- Form the meat mixture around the spit, creating a stand-up shape.
- Wrap the meat with tin foil to create a collar and secure it.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and baste with pan juices.
- Continue baking for another 30-45 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Let the meat cool for 30 minutes before slicing.
