Homemade Gyro Meat

The meat mixture

Tzatziki sauce or garlic yogurt sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 165C/325F and grease a square pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a food processor and pulse until fully incorporated, being careful not to over-process.
- Shape the meat mixture into one large log or two smaller logs and place them in the greased pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches at least 165F.
- Remove from the oven, drain excess oil, slice, and serve.
