Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (148°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper or foil.
- Puree garlic and onion in a food processor until smooth.
- Strain the onion mixture using a kitchen towel to remove excess liquid.
- Add the ground lamb, ground beef, herbs, salt, and pepper to the food processor and process until a paste forms.
- Transfer the meat mixture to the loaf pan and compact it tightly.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven, drain the fat, cover with foil, and let it rest until it reaches 175°F (79°C).
- Cool completely, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
- Slice the cooled meat thinly.
- Pan fry the slices in a nonstick skillet until browned and crispy.
