Instructions
- Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
- In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Dip the ravioli in the eggs, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
- Transfer the coated ravioli to a parchment-lined platter and repeat with the remaining ravioli.
- Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer.
- Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.
