Ingredients

The ravioli

  • 9 ounces bite-sized cheese ravioli

The coating

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • to taste cooking spray

For serving

  • to taste Crockpot Marinara Sauce
  • to taste parmesan

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
  2. In another shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Dip the ravioli in the eggs, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently.
  4. Transfer the coated ravioli to a parchment-lined platter and repeat with the remaining ravioli.
  5. Spray both sides of the ravioli with oil.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  7. Arrange the ravioli in a single layer in the air fryer.
  8. Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
  9. Top with additional parmesan and serve with marinara sauce.
