Instructions
- Toast the panko breadcrumbs in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden.
- Mix the flour, chili powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a shallow dish.
- Whisk the egg whites and hot sauce together in another shallow dish.
- Prepare a baking sheet with an oven-safe cooling rack and mist it with cooking spray.
- Pat the pickles dry and set up an assembly line to coat them in the flour mixture, egg wash, and panko crumbs.
- Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer on the cooling rack and mist them lightly with cooking spray.
- Broil the pickles in the oven for 4 minutes, then flip them and broil for an additional 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
