Instructions
- Warm the milk and melt the butter.
- Combine all dough ingredients except all-purpose flour and add the milk and butter.
- Mix on low, then gradually add all-purpose flour until a shaggy ball forms.
- Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in volume, about 2 hours.
- Prepare the filling by mixing the sugars and spices.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with filling.
- Roll up the dough and slice into 12 segments.
- Arrange rolls in a pan and let rise again until doubled, about 45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and bake for 25 to 35 minutes.
- Prepare the frosting by mixing cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and spices.
- Frost the rolls and serve warm.
